Very pleasant staff. Dr. Alspaugh is amazing!

Got a surgical procedure here two weeks ago. Dr Denks’ entire team is just wonderful. They have been with me through the entire process and Gabriela especially was super understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond to fit me into the surgeons schedule. She made it happen the same month I contacted them which still blows my mind. I am really happy with the results and would choose them for another procedure in a heartbeat. They were definitely worth the 3.5 hour drive!

Hands down this is the most amazing plastic surgery office! No haggling and Dr. Jacobs will not perform a surgery if the scar exceeds the benefit. His words exactly which is exactly what I want to know ahead of time not after the surgery is done. Dr. Jacobs is a phenomenal surgeon and I trust him 150%. Felecia his nurse is as wonderful as Dr. Jacobs!!

I visited Dr. Johnathan Jacob's Office to see about getting a Lipoma removed from my upper left shoulder. After meeting Dr. Jacob's he discussed with me what needed to be done to remove it. I was very happy with the surgery and how good a surgeon he is. I was very satisfied with the procedure and the outcome. I was happy with his staff also they took good care of me. ???

Life Changing! I saw Dr. Denk on recommendation of a friend. I was concerned about seeing a plastic surgeon and didn't know if I'd feel judged. I should not have worried. Dr. Denk and his entire staff were warm, caring, and very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Denk listened to my history (I'm a runner and a belly dancer and my "mommy pouch" was keeping me from doing all of these things and more.) and recommended abdominoplasty with liposuction. The procedure was smooth and well organized and recovery went as he said it would. The follow up care was great. 3 months after surgery I ran a half marathon and started dancing again. 6 months after surgery and I just got a personal record on a full marathon. I feel so much more confident and happy now and would trust Dr. Denk with any surgery! Thank you!!

Dr. Denk and staff truly deserve a 10 star! I went for a consultation w/Dr. Denk in 2015. I loved his compassionate professionalism, and honesty. Of course after the consultation you meet w/ the coordinator, and recieve a little blue folder, which entails your cost break down, financial info etc. BTW I still have my little blue folder 5 years later, LOL! Well, after 5 years of working out, and numerous gym contracts, I threw in the toweI! Told my husband I'm so disappointed with my body, and nothing is working anymore. So we decided, as a team, to make a call to Dr. Denk's office! After conversing with Gabi, the patient coordinator, for a few days, she advised me Dr. Denk will be calling me soon. He called me the very next day. The following day I recieved a call from Gabi scheduling my appointment for 360 Lipo, inner thigh lipo, modification tummy tuck, and BBL. I was a little concerned after leaving VA Beach in 2017, and moving to St. Louis which is over 900 miles away. Gabi, help me with all our arrangements, making it an easier and less stressful transition. She made me feel like I was her only concern. WOW!!! Once we arrived in Va Beach I recieved another call from Gabi; making sure we had a safe trip. She asked if I had any questions for her, the nurse "Jennifer", or Dr. Denk. The day of my Pre OP Dr. Denk made certain my husband and I, had a full and complete understanding of the surgical procedure he was preforming. DOUBLE WOW!!!! The morning of my surgery, we arrived at the facility, it was decorated beautifully, but I was so freaking nervous I couldn't appreciate it! HaHa!!!! ONCE again Dr. Denks staff came to the rescue!!! The nurse made me feel comfortable, we actually were laughing so loud the other staff members came in the surgery prep area, and starting laughing with us. It was awesome!!!! Sooo, now here comes Dr. Denk gliding in, and the first thing he asked was "are you ok, and are you ready?" He makes your feel like FAMILY and NOT just a patient. My Post-OP experience was phenomenal! It didn't matter to Dr. Denk how many follow up appointments I needed. He wanted to make certain I was happy with the results, and he addressed all concerns, knowing I had only 2 weeks for my return to St Louis. I'm now 1 month Post Op TODAY January 10, 2020 and the office staff remains genuine with follow up phone calls. TRIPLE WOW!!!! Dr. Denk, my nurse "Jennifer" and coordinator "Gabriela" have stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. It's been one magnificent, experience!!!!!! He is not only the best at what he does he’s also very informative and thorough. He answers all of your questions and you will never feel rushed. Nurse Jennifer and Nurse Phylis are heaven sent, as well as Gabby his scheduler. Even after surgery he makes himself available for any questions or follow up appointments. He truly cares for his patients and is the epitome of a Perfect Surgeon.

I have been seeing Joyce Black for more than 20 years and she has never done any more than excellent work. She exemplifies professionalism, is extremely kind and very honest, and she is a master of her craft. At some point, I may choose to accept the aging process but until I do, I will continue seeing her and enjoying my time with her. Five stars anyway you look at it!

I lost 80+ lbs naturally with diet and exercise and was left with excess skin/tissue around the breasts, hips, and stomach area that lead to a lot of insecurities. Being a male, it’s a little difficult to research plastic surgeons so it was kind of a consult and see how it goes type of deal, and man I’m so glad I went to Dr. Denk and I hope this review will help other men in similar situations as I was in. I’m now almost 2 months post-op from a male breast reduction and abdominoplasty with liposuction and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My insecurities have gone away. I went from being too insecure to take my shirt off in public, to swimming laps at a busy gym with my shirt off. I experienced very little pain which was a very pleasant surprise seeing as 6lbs of skin/tissue was removed. Dr. Denk was fantastic and his crew from his nurse Jennifer (and the entire operating room nurses) and receptionist Gabby have all been a pleasure to work with. His nurses made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure all of my as well as my parents’ questions were answered. I can’t recommend them enough, they’ve all changed my life. They all care about you and not your money which is something that I’ve personally found difficult to find in the medical field. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!

I really love Dr. Denk and his nurse Jennifer and also the rest of the staff. Everyone were very professional and nice. I was nervous about the procedure and so I had a talk with Dr. Denk and Jennifer and they made me feel good about it. Let me just say that I had a tummy tuck, lipo and a BBL done and I couldn't be more happy. My scar looks so good and you really cant tell that its there. I would say go with this Doctor because trust me you will be happy.

I am currently one month post op (Tummy tuck with lipo and muscle repair) and am ecstatic with my results. Dr. Denk, Jennifer, and the rest of the staff have been amazing to work with. The amount of concern and excitement they've expressed for me during this process has exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Denk and will gladly see him for future procedures.

I went to have "neck contouring" aka liposuction to get rid of my double chin and jowls. It was done under local anasthesia in the office. I barely bruised! Took about an hour total. I was sore the next day or two, however the final result is just what I wanted, thank you!!!

If you are thinking about traveling to another state for LIPO360/BBL, you dont have to. Dr. Denk achieves astonishing results and does it SAFELY! I had thought about going to Miami to get this procedure done but I wanted to stay home and have a surgeon that doesn't treat me as if I'm in an assembly line. From consultation to post op, I couldn't ask for more. All of the staff were very friendly. When I first spoke to the scheduling coordinator (Gabby) she made me feel so comfortable. Her demeanor was pleasant and positive. I had a specific date I wanted to have this done and they made room to accommodate me on his schedule. The nurses before and after surgery took very good care of me. They were so helpful and caring. Irene (my recovery nurse) made sure I was comfortbale and pain free before leaving to go home. She was so patient!!! Dr. Denk called me the next day on Saturday to follow up and answered all questions without feeling rushed. I am now 7 weeks post op. He had his office reach out to me to schedule another post op appointment. By now most places would have forgot. I'm so glad I gave him a chance. I went spring/ summer shopping today and I am happy that I can now wear clothes that show off my figure instead of clothes that hide it! I was so scared going into my breast reduction surgery, as me only being 20 years old. Dr. Denk, Jennifer, and Monica assured me everything would be fine, and he was certainly right! This OFFICE ROCKS! I see Jennifer for my Lip Filler and other injectables. She has mastered this skill! As a hair stylist and being so happy with my results, I have sent 15+ women and 2 men to see her.  They ALL are Happy and as far as I know repeat customers.  Thank you for always giving your Best!

I have been seeing Lori for melasma and sun damage on my face and she has my skin looking amazing! She is very knowledgeable and really makes you feel comfortable. She came up with a skin care regimen that has given me fantastic results. I also see Felicia for filler under my eyes and it has dramatically reduced my "eye bags" and dark circles. I had no idea it was even possible but the results are amazing! I was a little nervous my first time but Felicia is super sweet and really put me at ease. I didn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend Lori and Felicia. They are both fantastic!
