This 26-year-old was concerned about excess fatty tissue and folds about her flanks and hips. She also wished superficial enhancement of her buttocks. A combined suction lipectomy and placement of buttocks implants were carried out. 650cc, 15 cm diameter implants were placed. She is seen again 3 months postoperatively with anticipated changes.
