This 33 year-old female presented with a left breast implant deflation after having saline implants placed 10 years ago. She was also concerned about inadequate size and requested larger saline implants. She is 5’11” and weighs 140 pounds. Although the initial implant size was not known, examination anticipated an implant between 250-350cc. Due to significant chest wall asymmetry, different size implants were used. A Mentor moderate plus implant was placed on the left side and filled to a final volume of 510cc. A Mentor high profile implant was placed on the right side and filled to a final volume of 600cc.
