This 37-year-old woman complained of small drooping breast and some asymmetry following the birth of her children. She underwent breast augmentation and a circumareolar lift with a 425cc high profile silicone gel implant on the right and 400cc high profile silicone implant on the left. Her results are shown 4 months post-operatively.
