This patient presented with concerns of neck laxity and loss of jawline definition after weight loss. A necklift with platysmaplasty was performed to restore a smoother contour and more defined profile. She is shown 6 months postoperatively with a natural, refreshed result. Thoughtful surgical planning and attention to detail are key to achieving results that appear balanced and not overdone.
