This 49-year-old lady presented with concerns about the appearance of her abdomen and fatty deposits in her torso. She was previously involved in a bad motor vehicle accident that resulted in a crushing injury to her pelvis that required multiple surgeries and that produced certain bony asymmetry of her body.
