This 40-year-old mother of three was concerned about the appearance of her midsection. She underwent a lipoabdominoplasty with additional liposuction of the hips. Just over 2500 cc of material was removed by liposuction. Recent studies suggest this is the most that probably should be done at the same time as abdominoplasty without risking increasing complications. She is very happy with her results post operatively
