This 40 year-old female was unhappy with the lack of fullness and droopy appearance of her breasts. A breast augmentation, using 450cc silicone implants, and breast lift was performed. As a consequence of poor skin elasticity, bottoming out of the implants occurred. This was corrected by reconstructing the inframammary fold, tightening the capsule and removing redundant skin.
