This lady had presented after undergoing a breast lift, or mastopexy, at another office two years before. She was concerned about recurrence of droop of the breast and lack of fullness of the upper pole. The plan was to carry out a revision of the breast lift and place an implant in a submuscular position at that time. This was done with a 345 cc smooth round full profile silicone implant. She recovered nicely.
