This 44 year-old mother of three children presented with concerns about the appearance of her breasts. She had acquired a certain amount of droop, or ptosis, of the breast. Therefore, a breast lift associated with the placement of an implant beneath the muscle was carried out. She believed that the high profile 350 cc implant would produce the size change she was looking for and that implant also fit her dimensional analysis as well. Dimensional analysis is a process where we use measurements of the chest to customize the procedure. This is how we determine whether a low, moderate high or extra high profile implant is appropriate.
