This 25-year-old female presented with a previous breast augmentation done outside of the practice. She wanted to correct the poor positioning and shape of the previous procedure.To address the positioning problem, she underwent a breast implant revision with 450cc moderate plus silicone gel implants. She is seen almost 1 year after the revision and is very pleased with her results.
