This 40-year-old mother of three presented with concerns about excess skin in the abdominal area as well as muscle laxity. She underwent a lipoabdominoplasty with liposuction of the hips. She had almost 2300 cc of fat removed during the procedure. She did require a revision of scar postoperatively. Regardless, she is quite pleased with her results.
