Cheryl Goode has been a Registered Nurse since 1997. She attended George Mason University and received her degree in nursing from The Sentara School of Health Professions. In 2004, she was excited to join the team at Associates in Plastic Surgery.
Cheryl has mastered several nursing roles while working at Associates in Plastic Surgery. She counsels and cares for patients prior to surgery, provides patient education regarding their procedure, assists the surgeons in the operating room and recovers patients after surgery as well.
Due to her passion for plastic surgery nursing, Cheryl has learned various non-surgical techniques to achieve aesthetic beauty and has become a skillful Nurse Injector. Her knowledge of products and the facial aging process, has allowed her patients to receive facial rejuvenation safely and successfully. She has become proficient with the use of neurotoxins, such as Botox, Xeomin and Dysport, to cosmetically soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Her training and expertise with Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, Perlane, Belotero and Radiesse, has made her a highly sought after Nurse Injector. She has developed a loyal following of patients through the years and enjoys helping them look younger and feel better about themselves through the use of Botox and dermal fillers.
Cheryl received her Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse certification in 2008. This certification provides recognition for her expertise in plastic and reconstructive surgical nursing. In addition to participating in Advanced Nurse Injector Training Courses, she stays current with the latest advancements in plastic surgery nursing by attending National Plastic Surgery Nursing Conferences.
She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses and served as a Certified Inspector for the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities.
