Juvederm & Restylane®
Juvederm® and Restylane® are injectable gels used for the correction of moderate to severe facial folds and wrinkles. As skin ages the production of hyaluronic acid (HA) diminishes. Juvederm® and Restylane® are hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. Hyaluronic acid fillers contain a molecule that is common to all humans. Therefore, allergic reaction is extremely unlikely.

There are many ways to use hyaluronic fillers. It can be used to increase the fullness of areas of the face that characteristically “deflates” with age such as the cheeks and brows. It can also be used to fill hollowness beneath the eyes and correct dark circles. It is also used to add volume to lips. The only limitation is that in some areas, the filler will only last only 6 to 12 months. During your consultation we will discuss with you which filler is the right option for you based on your own particular needs.

Radiesse®
Radiesse® is a synthetic injectable filler that reduces wrinkles, creases and scars by augmenting the body’s natural collagen supply. Composed of microspheres in a biocompatible gel, Radiesse® is made from the same minerals found in our bones, Radiesse® is most commonly used in the face on the nasolabial folds (areas to the sides of the nose), around the corners of the mouth and on depressed scars. Treatments require only topical anesthetic. Side effects such as swelling or bruising are minimal and should fade within a couple days. Results are visible immediately after the injection and can last a year to 15 months.
